Opal Coolie Light Shade for E27 Bulb Holder (40mm Fitter)

These are great vintage shades, they will fit directly onto a standard  E27 Screw Fit light bulb holder to make a downlighter.

They are especially effective with a filament bulb.  

The glass is pure opal white glass and they date from the 1960s.
