As our item are predominantly glass, one of the key factors is to ensure the items we send are packaged securely. We want to give all our customers peace of mind, that the staff at John Moncrieff will do everything we can to ensure your items are packaged safely and securely.
Our packaging includes quality bubble wrap and foam packing chips inside a cardboard box.

Is your items secure for transit?
While we cannot guarantee there may be breakages now and again, we are confident your item will arrive un-damaged because of our vigorous packing process.
What if an item arrives damaged?
In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact the office with pictures of the damages and the item will be replaced.
Why so much packaging?
This is to best ensure the item(s) are not damaged in transit. All our packaging in recyclable.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
YES, absolutely. The bubble wrap can be recycled with your plastics, the box can be recycled with your cardboard and the packing chips are made from corn starch so these can be placed in water and will dissolve.
