Delivery FAQs
How long will my order take?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns Information
If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
