Delivery FAQs
How long will my order take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. UK deliveries are usually completed within a few working days after dispatch.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be possible for certain orders by prior arrangement. Please contact us before visiting.
Returns Information
If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
