Brokis Macaron Medium Table Lamp
The Brokis Macaron Medium Table Lamp celebrates the beauty and intricate structures of crystalline stone. Delicate opposing domes of handblown glass surround the central plate, creating a sculptural composition inspired by the shape of the famous French macaron.
In the onyx configuration, the light source casts its glow upwards from the base and through the central onyx plate, illuminating its naturally occurring veins and patterns. This interaction between light and stone creates a subtle, atmospheric effect and gives the Macaron its distinctive character.
Natural variations within the glass and stone mean that each Macaron has its own individual appearance. The combination of traditional glassmaking techniques, carefully worked natural materials and contemporary lighting creates an elegant statement piece with an intimate quality of light.
The Macaron Medium can be specified with White or Honey Onyx, or in an alternative configuration combining a BROKISGLASS centre plate with a European Oak base. Five glass colours and four cable colours provide further opportunities to tailor the lamp to contemporary residential, hospitality and architectural interiors.
